Eligible purchases can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for another course of your choosing of equal or lower value, or refunded, unless the course has commenced. Once course has commenced no refund can be given due to the unique and exclusive nature of the content.
Course materials can be accessed via your online learning portal as soon as purchase is complete or on date of course start if course has not yet commenced.
When choosing the “Finance” option to purchase a course, an initial payment will be taken and subsequent payments will be taken in equal amounts until agreement terminates. We do not hold details of your payments or cards, as all payments are collected by secure third-party payment system.
Once your agreement has been set up, payments will automatically be collected each month until the end of the agreement.
If your card expires or if a payment is not authorised, you will be sent an email to inform you of the steps you need to take. The payment will be attempted three times. Upon the third failure, your course will be put “On Hold” in your Learning Centre and will be inaccessible until the payment issue is resolved. All course progress will be saved. Your course will be taken off hold once the instalment has been successfully taken.
If your payment plan lasts longer than your course, you will not be able to graduate and gain your certificate or diploma of completion until all payments are made.
